Tri-Heal combines TB-500 and BPC-157 with the anti-inflammatory tripeptide KPV in a 25 : 10 : 10 mass ratio. The reported schedule steps the total amount up every two weeks, with optional extension to 12 or 16 weeks.

Commonly reported reconstitution steps
- Vials are usually brought to room temperature (about 15-20 minutes) first.
- 3 mL of bacteriostatic water is added slowly down the inside wall of the 45 mg vial.
- The vial is swirled gently until clear, not shaken.
- This gives 15 mg/mL. Mixed vials are typically labeled with the date and refrigerated.
Storage
Before mixing: Sealed vials are commonly stored refrigerated (2-8 °C) and protected from light, or frozen for long-term storage.
After mixing: Reconstituted solution is commonly kept refrigerated (2-8 °C), protected from light, and not frozen.
How it works
TB-500, a thymosin beta-4 fragment, is associated with actin binding, cell migration and angiogenesis. BPC-157 is linked to angiogenesis and growth-factor signaling, and KPV is an alpha-MSH fragment studied for NF-kB-related anti-inflammatory effects.
Researched for
- Studied per component in animal models of tendon, muscle, gut and wound repair.
- Investigated as a combined repair-plus-inflammation research protocol.
Notes
- No controlled human trial has tested this three-peptide mixture; evidence is per component and mostly preclinical.
- Because it is a blend, the per-dose amount covers all three peptides in a 5:2:2 ratio.
- Reconstituted solution is commonly refrigerated.
