CJC-1295 DAC and ipamorelin kept in separate vials, one long-acting GHRH analog given weekly alongside a short-acting secretagogue given daily.

The two peptides are reconstituted separately because their schedules differ: the 5 mg CJC-1295 DAC vial is commonly mixed with 2 mL and drawn once a week, while the 5 mg ipamorelin vial is commonly mixed with 3 mL and drawn daily. Reported schedules raise the ipamorelin amount over the first month while holding the weekly DAC amount fixed.
