PT-141 and melanotan II, two melanocortin-receptor agonists, reconstituted in separate vials and used on different schedules.

Each 10 mg vial is commonly mixed with 3 mL on its own. PT-141 (bremelanotide) is described as an on-demand compound, whereas melanotan II protocols describe a daily loading phase of several weeks followed by 2-3 times weekly maintenance.
