AOD-9604 + CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin 12 mg Blend

Growth hormone axis Research compound (not approved for human use)

Growth-hormone axis and lipolytic-fragment blend · also known as AOD/CJC/Ipamorelin

For reference only — not medical advice. Figures are commonly reported values compiled from published sources and may be wrong or out of date. Many compounds listed are not approved for human use. Talk to a licensed clinician before using any compound.

This 12 mg vial holds AOD-9604, CJC-1295 and ipamorelin in a 2:1:1 mass ratio. It extends the familiar GHRH-plus-secretagogue pairing with a lipolysis-oriented fragment, so each syringe marking changes all three amounts at once. The combination has not been tested as a unit in controlled human trials.

Commonly reported reconstitution steps

  1. Vials are usually brought to room temperature (about 15-20 minutes) first.
  2. 3 mL of bacteriostatic water is added slowly down the inside wall of the 12 mg vial.
  3. The vial is swirled gently until clear, not shaken.
  4. This gives 4 mg/mL. Mixed vials are typically labeled with the date and refrigerated.

Storage

Before mixing: Sealed vials are commonly stored refrigerated (2-8 °C) and protected from light, or frozen for long-term storage.

After mixing: Reconstituted solution is commonly kept refrigerated (2-8 °C), protected from light, and not frozen.

Commonly used within 28 days of mixing.

How it works

AOD-9604 is a modified fragment of the C-terminal region of growth hormone studied for effects on fat metabolism without the broader GH actions. CJC-1295 is a GHRH analog that amplifies the pituitary growth-hormone signal, and ipamorelin stimulates the ghrelin/GHS receptor with little reported effect on cortisol or ACTH.

Researched for

  • Studied as a combined body-composition research protocol.
  • Each component has separate preclinical and limited human data; the three-way mixture itself has not been trialed.
  • Investigated for how GHRH analogs and ghrelin mimetics act together on GH release.

Notes

  • The per-dose amount covers all three peptides together; reported chart doses split the total 2:1:1.
  • The CJC-1295 in this blend is listed here as the DAC form because the reference cites the long-acting data and links its DAC article; the page does not say so explicitly, so this is an inference.
  • Early-week amounts correspond to small volumes on a U-100 syringe.
  • Reconstituted solution is commonly refrigerated.
