CJC-1295 + GHRP-2 10 mg Blend
Growth hormone axis Research compound (not approved for human use)
Growth-hormone axis blend · also known as CJC/GHRP-2

This 10 mg vial pairs CJC-1295 with GHRP-2. Human physiology work shows that combining a GHRH-type signal with a growth-hormone-releasing peptide produces a larger GH response than either alone, though that work used controlled intravenous administration rather than this exact blend.
Commonly reported dosing (10 mg vial)
| Phase | Dose | Volume | U-100 units |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starting | 150 mcg | 0.045 mL | 4.5 |
| Standard | 300 mcg | 0.09 mL | 9 |
Commonly reported reconstitution steps
- Vials are usually brought to room temperature (about 15-20 minutes) first.
- 3 mL of bacteriostatic water is added slowly down the inside wall of the 10 mg vial.
- The vial is swirled gently until clear, not shaken.
- This gives 3.33 mg/mL. Mixed vials are typically labeled with the date and refrigerated.
Storage
Before mixing: Sealed vials are commonly stored refrigerated (2-8 °C) and protected from light, or frozen for long-term storage.
After mixing: Reconstituted solution is commonly kept refrigerated (2-8 °C), protected from light, and not frozen.
How it works
CJC-1295 is a GHRH analog whose long-acting form binds albumin to extend its duration, while GHRP-2 acts on the ghrelin/GHS receptor to trigger a quick GH pulse. The pairing is studied as a sustained-plus-pulsatile stimulus.
Researched for
- Studied for synergistic GH release when GHRH and GHRP signals are combined.
- Investigated in short-cycle growth-hormone axis research.
Notes
- The reference page does not state which CJC-1295 form or what component split is used. The DAC form (it cites the long-acting GH/IGF-1 data and links its DAC article) and an even 5 mg / 5 mg split are assumed here; treat the split as unverified.
- GHRP-2 can raise appetite, cortisol and prolactin in some studies.
- GH responses to this class are reported to be blunted when blood glucose is elevated, so fasting is a common research variable.
- Reconstituted solution is commonly refrigerated.
